Thrupthi (Trips) Reddy
VP of Marketing
Trips is a marketing leader with 18+ years of experience driving business impact for B2B and B2D companies with an emphasis on acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. She has a proven track record of producing high-value digital campaigns and compelling storytelling for companies of all sizes, from ideation to execution. She’s passionate about taking on complex challenges for fast-growth companies in the B2B technology/enterprise software industry.
Trips started her career as an attorney who made a switch to journalism in 2003. She’s the author of numerous articles featured in multiple print and digital publications and trade journals. She has previously worked at IBM Watson, Forbes.com, Associated Press, HSBC and the Hearst Corporation.
As Vice President of Marketing at Appetize, Trips will focus on increasing brand awareness in key verticals and accelerating sales pipeline via content marketing, search optimization, webinars, industry events and partnerships, and social media marketing. She considers herself a team-builder and mentor who leads with empathy and honesty, and she thrives on working with diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
EVP, Sports and Entertainment
Wayne is an accomplished and focused tactical leader with 20+ years of experience delivering technology solutions in the hospitality and specialty retail markets. Wayne applies a unique background of software and hardware sales and operations expertise to deliver “win-win” custom fit client solutions. He employs a tenacious entrepreneurial approach and strategically thinks of relevant details throughout product and sales lifecycles and how new technologies get introduced into the market, especially focused on the Sports and Entertainment industry.
Formerly Senior Vice President of Sales, Wayne has been instrumental in building out the sales organization since starting with Appetize in May 2015.
In his new role as Executive Vice President of Sports and Entertainment, Wayne will take on more responsibility and oversight as Appetize further expands its market presence within the Sports and Entertainment vertical while also broadening into other adjacent markets, which will enable the company to continue to scale.
Brian Whitney has lead Appetize’s sales efforts in hospitality as Vice President of Sales, and he now transitions into a broader leadership role as Senior Vice President of Hospitality.
Brian brings 25 years of POS experience to Appetize and has worked with Radiant Systems, NCR and Allure over that term. Brian has worked globally in over 20 countries on 5 continents in industries throughout hospitality, airports, cinemas, stadiums, and retail.
An avid college sports fan, Brian lives in Atlanta with his wife Monica and daughter Annabeth.
VP, Sales and Marketing Operations
Colleen is an experienced sales and business development leader with a demonstrated history of working in the technology and services industry.
As the former Director of Sales Operations, Colleen has been with the Appetize team for 5+ years and has been a vital part in building the business development and sales account management team.
Colleen is a sales and marketing operational leader and Salesforce certified administrator, and she will continue to build sales enablement tools and operational processes for the company in her new role as Vice President, Sales and Marketing Operations.
Ron Ben Yosef
VP, Program Management Office
As the former Senior Director of PMO, Ron is an accomplished leader with 17 years of experience working with large enterprises such as Disney and Mentor Graphics (Siemens) as well as startups, including Blackline and Easy Markets.
Ron’s background includes leading teams, managing managers, and coaching and mentoring other team members to see them grow and succeed. Ron has experience with Portfolio, Program and Project management as well as Agile Coaching. Ron enjoys working with diverse, multicultural, and multinational teams, and he holds numerous certifications such as PMP, SPC, CSM, CSP, Agile coach and more.
As Vice President of Program Management Office, Ron is working to establish the PMO to foster and spread the growth of Agile practices within Appetize, to support Appetize’s software development productivity by promoting best practices, and facilitating and applying different methodologies and challenging the status quo.
VP, Technical Operations
Danny is a multi-discipline seasoned leader in DevOps and Security space, and he has led the rapid evolution of the Appetize SaaS platform for the last 4 years.
Under his leadership as Senior Director of TechOps, the Appetize SaaS platform transitioned to highly scalable and fault-tolerant kubernetes clusters. He has also led the charter in the continued growth of Appetize security and achievement of annual certifications for SOC 1, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.
Danny is now serving as the company’s VP of Technical Operations.
