Appetize Expands List Of Convention Centers Using Its Flexible Software Systems

Last week, the Los Angeles Business Journal talked to Appetize about how we’re helping four new convention centers innovate in their guest service and management processes with our modern point-of-sale technology! The newest convention centers to choose Appetize as their point-of-sale provider are the San Jose McEnery Convention Center, the Wildwoods Convention Center, the Phoenix Convention Center, and the Overland Park Convention Center. We’re now supporting a dozen convention centers and 700 other venues in their order and transaction process needs, and enabling them to drive revenue while upgrading guest experience by providing easy-to-use technology and complete backend management.

Each of our venue partners utilizes a customized combination of software and hardware solutions that best fit the needs of their team as well as their guests. We provide a range of options for venues of all sizes that include grounded terminals, portable kiosks, handheld devices, mobile apps, and backend management technology that allows for real-time reporting and menu changes. All the venues we work with at Appetize have a range of needs that can change from one night to another, which is why we build our systems to be flexible, portable, and simple enough for new staff to learn with virtually no training.
