Appetize Welcomes 5 New Major Clients for January 2021

January 11, 2021

News & Events,Press Releases

As the point of sale landscape shifted last year, Appetize allowed operators to take control of their business with our innovative enterprise commerce platform. We introduced new developments and enhancements to cloud POS, mobile ordering and menu management, offering businesses safety, convenience, and peace of mind. It’s why major brands across the country rely on Appetize to provide the best solutions — and we’re excited to ring in the new year with 4 new exciting clients!

Moda Center

Moda Center, a 20,000-seat arena—home to the Portland Trailblazers—in Portland, Oregon, partnered with Appetize to replace their legacy POS platform. Appetize will provide point of sale terminals, handhelds, and self-service kiosks. Moda Center will also utilize Appetize’s mobile ordering platform for additional cashless payment options as well as multiple 3rd party integrations to round out their omni-channel solution.

Hale & Hearty

Hale & Hearty, a renowned restaurant brand in the Northeast,  partnered with Appetize to upgrade operations at all 20 locations in New York City,  Long Island and Boston. The roll out concludes this month with point of sale software that benefits both staff and customers.

“Our goal is to create a memorable dining experience at all Hale & Hearty locations, and Appetize has helped us exceed expectations with its cloud technology,” says Mark Feit, Director of Business Development at Hale & Hearty Soups. “The company’s commerce platform is easy to use for our staff, and it significantly improved day-to-day operations, from simplifying orders to providing hassle-free analytics and real-time reports in a convenient management portal—a tremendous leap from our previous system. Our teams have even been able to perform most of the installs ourselves, enabling a rapid deployment even under lockdown conditions. Appetize addressed items high on our list, and we look forward to continuing our partnership for many years to come.”

Appetize’s industry-leading Open API enabled Hale & Hearty to build a set of best-in-class partnerships to power their business, including NetSuite for inventory and ERP management; LevelUp for a branded app and loyalty experience; and Givex, a platform for gift cards. Appetize also integrated with two new partners to improve staff and customer experiences at all locations: 7shifts labor management platform for scheduling, communication and time and attendance and ItsACheckmate platform for online ordering and delivery integration and menu management.

NASCAR

Appetize inked a deal with  NASCAR to upgrade point of sale operations at the flagship race track in Daytona, Florida, with several other locations to follow in the next few months. Guests can expect to order safely and conveniently through Appetize’s advanced Interact Web platform, and staff will have an improved experience with Connect, our simplified management portal. Both guests and staff can expect handheld devices for faster and more convenient ordering.

The deployment of over 1,500 POS will start going live starting this month to conclude in June 2021. Stay tuned for more information on this exciting partnership.

FC Cincinnati

Appetize is proud to power some of the most prominent Major League Soccer stadiums in the US.

The newest member to our family,  FC Cincinnati, is a 33,000-seat professional soccer stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio. As part of a $250 million new stadium construction, which  included a brand new field, FC Cincinnati partnered with Appetize to upgrade its operations with Appetize terminals, handhelds, kiosks and kitchen display systems. FC Cincinnati will also offer mobile ordering.

We’re excited to welcome fans back when the season kicks off Spring 2021.
